Users remain responsible for consulting qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical concerns, injuries, or health conditions.
3.7Our Commitment
We recognize that Training Data is among the most personal information users choose to share within 2Coach.
For that reason, we are committed to handling this information responsibly, limiting its use to legitimate platform purposes, implementing appropriate safeguards to protect it, and processing it only as necessary to provide the training features requested by our users.
As new training features become available, the categories of Training Data processed by the Service may evolve. Any material changes to these practices will be reflected in this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable law.

As 2Coach evolves, we may introduce new features that require additional uses of personal information. When those changes materially affect our privacy practices, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices required by applicable law.
6.Coach–Athlete Data Sharing
One of the core features of 2Coach is enabling collaboration between Coaches and Athletes.
To support that relationship, certain information is shared between the parties when required for the operation of the Service.
We share only the information reasonably necessary to provide coaching, training management, progress tracking, and related platform functionality.
6.3Training Access and Commercial Subscription
2Coach distinguishes between a Coach Relationship, Training Access, and a Commercial Subscription.
These concepts serve different purposes and should not be interpreted as equivalent.
For example:
- An Athlete may have Training Access because a Coach has assigned a program directly.
- An Athlete may obtain Training Access through a Marketplace purchase.
- An Athlete may have a Coach Relationship without maintaining an active Commercial Subscription.
- A Commercial Subscription may determine billing or Marketplace benefits without changing the underlying Coach Relationship.
Information related to these features is processed only as necessary to provide the corresponding functionality of the Service.

Some information may be visible to other users through public features of the Service.
Depending on your profile settings and platform functionality, this may include:
- Display name.
- Username.
- Profile photograph.
- Biography.
- Coaching specialties.
- Public Marketplace listings.
- Community posts.
- Comments.
- Other information you intentionally choose to make publicly available.
You remain responsible for the information that you voluntarily publish through public features of the Service.
6.6Your Control
The information visible to other users depends on:

- your Coach Relationships;
- your Marketplace activity;
- your privacy settings, where available; and
- the features you choose to use.
Certain information is shared automatically because it is necessary for the operation of coaching and training features. Other information is shared only when you voluntarily choose to publish it.
6.7Our Commitment
Takum is committed to applying the principle of minimum necessary access.
We design 2Coach so that Coaches, Athletes, and other users can access only the information reasonably required to perform the functions supported by the Service.
As new collaboration features are introduced, we will continue to evaluate what information should be shared, with whom it should be shared, and under what circumstances, while maintaining appropriate safeguards to protect user privacy.
7.Payment Information
2Coach allows certain purchases and subscriptions to be completed through authorized third-party payment providers.
Takum does not process payment cards directly and does not store complete payment card information on its own systems.
Payments are processed by specialized payment providers that are responsible for securely handling payment credentials in accordance with their own legal obligations, privacy policies, and industry security standards.
7.1Payment Providers
Depending on your location and the services available, payments within 2Coach may be processed through authorized payment providers, including:
- Stripe
- Wompi
Additional payment providers may be introduced in the future as the Service evolves.
Each payment provider operates independently and is responsible for processing payment information submitted during a transaction. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider’s own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

Payment credentials are transmitted directly to the applicable payment processor using secure technologies provided by that processor. Because Takum does not store this information, we cannot retrieve or disclose your complete payment credentials.
7.4Marketplace Transactions
When you purchase a training plan, subscription, or other Marketplace offering, payment information is processed solely for the purpose of completing the transaction and providing the associated Marketplace functionality.

- Activating or maintaining a Commercial Subscription.
- Providing the corresponding Training Access.
- Recording transaction history.
- Processing renewals, cancellations, or refunds where applicable.
- Detecting duplicate or fraudulent transactions.
- Supporting customer service related to Marketplace activity.
The existence of a payment transaction does not, by itself, define the existence of a Coach Relationship, and a Coach Relationship does not necessarily require a Marketplace transaction.
7.5Security of Payment Transactions
We select payment providers that are expected to maintain appropriate security controls for processing payment information.
While Takum takes reasonable measures to integrate securely with those providers, payment processing is performed on systems operated by the applicable payment processor.
Takum is not responsible for the independent privacy, security, or operational practices of third-party payment providers.

By relying on specialized payment processors, we reduce the amount of sensitive financial information handled directly by Takum while providing a secure and reliable payment experience for Coaches and Athletes.
Our role is limited to facilitating Marketplace transactions and managing the services associated with those transactions. Sensitive payment credentials remain under the control of the applicable payment processor.
8.Sharing Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We share personal information only when it is reasonably necessary to operate the Service, fulfill your requests, comply with applicable law, protect our rights, or work with trusted service providers that assist us in delivering 2Coach.
Whenever we share personal information, we seek to limit the information disclosed to what is reasonably necessary for the specific purpose.
8.1Service Providers
We work with carefully selected third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf.
These providers process personal information only as necessary to provide their services and are contractually or legally required to protect the information they receive.

These providers may process information necessary to:
- Store application data.
- Deliver platform functionality.
- Maintain system availability.

Certain information is shared with other users as part of the normal operation of 2Coach.
Examples include information shared:
- between Athletes and their Coaches;
- through Community features;
- through Marketplace functionality;

Where legally permitted and appropriate, we may object to or limit requests that we believe are overly broad or inconsistent with applicable law.
8.8Business Transactions
If Takum is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Any successor entity receiving personal information will be required to process it in a manner substantially consistent with this Privacy Policy or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
8.9No Sale of Personal Information
Takum does not sell, rent, or license personal information to third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
Likewise, we do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising unless expressly disclosed and permitted by applicable law.
If our practices change in the future in a way that requires additional notice or consent under applicable privacy laws, we will update this Privacy Policy before implementing those changes.
8.10Our Commitment
We recognize that sharing personal information requires trust.
For that reason, Takum shares personal information only when there is a legitimate operational, contractual, or legal reason to do so, and we seek to ensure that every third party receiving personal information provides appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
We continuously evaluate our service providers and data-sharing practices to ensure they remain appropriate for the operation, security, and continued development of 2Coach.
10.Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights of Takum, our users, and others.
The length of time we retain information depends on the nature of the information, how it is used, and the legal or operational requirements applicable to it.

- protect the integrity and security of the Service.
Where reasonably possible, information that is no longer necessary will be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise processed in accordance with applicable law.
