1.Welcome to the 2Coach Community

Welcome to 2Coach.

2Coach is a community built around training, personal growth, and meaningful relationships between Coaches and Athletes. Whether you are here to improve your fitness, grow your coaching business, share your progress, or support others on their journey, you are part of a community that values respect, professionalism, and trust.

Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment where people can learn, train, collaborate, and achieve their goals together.

These Community Guidelines explain the standards of behavior we expect from everyone who uses 2Coach. They complement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by describing how we work together as a community.

What We Expect from Everyone

Every member of 2Coach—whether an Athlete, Coach, or both—is expected to:

  • Treat others with respect and professionalism.
  • Communicate honestly and constructively.
  • Support a positive training environment.
  • Respect other people’s privacy.
  • Share authentic information.
  • Follow applicable laws and these Community Guidelines.

Your interactions should contribute to making 2Coach a place where people feel comfortable learning, improving, and participating.

Coaches

Coaches play an important role in the community. In addition to following these Guidelines, Coaches are expected to:

  • Provide training responsibly and professionally.
  • Treat Athletes fairly and respectfully.
  • Communicate honestly about their services.
  • Publish accurate information about their training plans and programs.
  • Respect the trust that Athletes place in them.

Being a Coach on 2Coach means helping create a positive, supportive, and professional training environment.

Athletes

Athletes are encouraged to:

  • Take responsibility for their own training decisions.
  • Treat Coaches and other Athletes with respect.
  • Share progress honestly.
  • Participate in the community in a constructive manner.
  • Report inappropriate behavior when they encounter it.

Training is a personal journey, and every Athlete deserves to participate in an environment that is supportive, respectful, and free from harassment.

Our Community Values

Every decision we make as a platform is guided by a few simple principles:

Respect Treat every person with dignity, regardless of their experience, background, goals, or opinions.

Trust Be honest in your interactions, your profile, your coaching services, and the content you share.

Professionalism Whether you are coaching, training, or participating in discussions, communicate in a respectful and constructive manner.

Safety Help us create an environment where people feel physically, emotionally, and digitally safe.

Authenticity Be yourself. Represent your identity, your experience, and your achievements honestly.

Sportsmanship Encourage others, celebrate progress, and contribute positively to the community.

A Shared Responsibility

Building a healthy community is a shared responsibility.

Every post you publish, every comment you write, every training program you create, and every interaction you have contributes to the experience of others. If you encounter behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, we encourage you to report it using the tools available within the Service. Our moderation team will review reports and take appropriate action when necessary.

Together, we can build a community where Coaches and Athletes can focus on what matters most: learning, improving, and achieving their goals in a respectful and supportive environment.

2.Our Principles

2Coach is more than a training platform. It is a community built on trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

These principles guide how we design the Service, how we moderate the community, and how we expect Coaches and Athletes to interact with one another. They apply to every feature of the platform, including training programs, workouts, Marketplace, community posts, comments, messages, profiles, and every other interaction within 2Coach.

When making decisions or participating in the community, we encourage every user to keep these principles in mind.

Respect Respect is the foundation of every interaction on 2Coach.

Treat every person with dignity, regardless of their experience, skill level, background, identity, goals, or opinions.

Constructive disagreement is welcome. Personal attacks, insults, intimidation, harassment, humiliation, or abusive behavior are not.

Examples:

  • Encourage someone who is just beginning their fitness journey.
  • Offer constructive feedback instead of ridicule.
  • Respect another person’s boundaries and privacy.
  • Do not publish photographs or videos of another person without their permission.

Trust Trust allows Coaches and Athletes to build meaningful relationships. Be honest about who you are, what you offer, and what you share.

Do not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, achievements, certifications, or identity.

Examples:

  • Use accurate profile information.
  • Describe your coaching services honestly.
  • Share genuine progress rather than misleading or manipulated results.
  • Do not impersonate another individual or organization.

Professionalism Whether you are coaching, training, or participating in discussions, communicate with professionalism.

Healthy discussions are encouraged. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior is not.

Coaches are expected to act responsibly when creating training content and interacting with Athletes.

Examples:

  • Respond respectfully to questions.
  • Accept constructive criticism professionally.
  • Honor commitments made through the Marketplace.
  • Avoid misleading claims about training outcomes.

Safety Safety comes before performance.

Help us create an environment where users feel physically, emotionally, and digitally safe.

Never encourage dangerous training practices, harassment, self-harm, violence, or illegal activities.

Respect the privacy and wellbeing of others.

Examples:

  • Do not pressure someone to ignore pain or injury.
  • Do not share another user’s personal information.
  • Report content that may place someone at risk.
  • Use community features responsibly.

Authenticity 2Coach is built for real Coaches and real Athletes.

Share your genuine experiences, your own progress, and your own work.

Do not create fake accounts, manipulate engagement, purchase followers, fabricate testimonials, or otherwise attempt to mislead the community.

Examples:

  • Publish your own training content.
  • Share authentic progress photos.
  • Give honest reviews based on your own experience.
  • Represent yourself truthfully.

Sportsmanship Success in fitness is not only measured by results, but also by how we treat others.

Celebrate achievements, encourage progress, and recognize that every person’s journey is different.

Competition should inspire improvement—not hostility.

Examples:

  • Congratulate others on their accomplishments.
  • Support people who are overcoming challenges.
  • Avoid mocking another person’s appearance, fitness level, or performance.
  • Remember that everyone starts somewhere.

Living These Principles These principles are not simply recommendations—they are the foundation of the 2Coach community.

Every report we review, every moderation decision we make, and every enforcement action we take is guided by these values.

If you are ever unsure whether something belongs on 2Coach, ask yourself a simple question:

Does it reflect Respect, Trust, Professionalism, Safety, Authenticity, and Sportsmanship?

If the answer is no, it probably does not belong in our community.

3.Respect Others

A respectful community is essential to achieving the purpose of 2Coach.

Every interaction—whether through posts, comments, messages, profiles, Marketplace, or any other feature of the Service—should contribute to creating an environment where Coaches and Athletes feel welcome, supported, and safe.

Disagreement is natural. Disrespect is not.

Be Respectful Treat every person with courtesy, patience, and professionalism.

We encourage constructive discussions, different opinions, and healthy debate. However, conversations should always remain respectful, even when users disagree.

Examples of respectful behavior include:

  • Offering constructive feedback.
  • Asking questions in good faith.
  • Respecting different training methods and fitness goals.
  • Accepting that other users may have different opinions and experiences.

No Harassment or Bullying Harassment has no place in the 2Coach community. Do not intimidate, humiliate, repeatedly target, or deliberately make another user feel unwelcome.

This applies to Coaches, Athletes, and every other member of the community.

Examples include:

  • Repeated unwanted contact.
  • Public humiliation.
  • Mocking another user’s appearance or fitness level.
  • Encouraging others to attack or isolate a user.
  • Creating posts or comments intended to embarrass another person.

No Threats or Violence Threats of violence or harm are strictly prohibited.

Do not threaten, encourage, glorify, or promote physical violence or intimidation against any person or group.

This includes direct threats, indirect threats, implied threats, and statements intended to frighten or coerce others.

Any credible threat may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

No Hate or Discrimination 2Coach welcomes people from diverse backgrounds, identities, cultures, and abilities.

Do not publish content or engage in behavior that attacks, demeans, excludes, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on characteristics such as:

  • race;
  • ethnicity;
  • nationality;
  • religion;
  • disability;
  • age;
  • sex;
  • gender;
  • sexual orientation; or
  • any other characteristic protected under applicable law.

Respectful discussion is welcome. Discrimination and hate are not.

No Offensive or Abusive Language Language that is intended to insult, abuse, degrade, or provoke other users is not acceptable.

Occasional frustration is understandable, but repeated hostile or abusive behavior undermines the community.

Examples include:

  • Personal insults.
  • Name-calling.
  • Offensive slurs.
  • Profanity directed at another user.
  • Derogatory or demeaning language intended to intimidate or humiliate.

Context matters. Our moderation team considers the overall conversation, the intent of the communication, and its impact on other users when reviewing reported content.

Respect Privacy Respect the privacy of others at all times.

Do not publish, request, or share another person’s personal or confidential information without their permission.

Examples include:

  • Home addresses.
  • Personal phone numbers.
  • Email addresses.
  • Government-issued identification.
  • Financial information.
  • Medical information.
  • Private conversations.
  • Progress photographs belonging to another person.

Always obtain permission before sharing photographs or videos that clearly identify another individual.

Respect Professional Relationships Coach Relationships are built on trust.

Coaches and Athletes should communicate honestly, respectfully, and professionally.

Do not use the Service to manipulate, pressure, deceive, exploit, or intimidate another user.

Professional disagreements should be handled respectfully and never through harassment, retaliation, or public humiliation.

Help Us Protect the Community If you experience or witness behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, we encourage you to use the reporting tools available within the Service.

Reporting helps us maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone.

Our moderation team reviews reports in accordance with these Community Guidelines, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.

Why This Matters

Respect is the foundation of every successful Coach Relationship, every productive training conversation, and every positive community interaction.

By treating others with dignity, professionalism, and empathy, you help make 2Coach a place where people can focus on learning, improving, and achieving their goals together.

4.Authenticity

Trust begins with authenticity. 2Coach is built for real people pursuing real fitness goals. Whether you are an Athlete sharing your progress or a Coach building your professional reputation, we expect you to represent yourself honestly.

Authenticity helps create meaningful Coach Relationships, trustworthy community interactions, and a reliable Marketplace.

Use Your Real Identity You should create and maintain a profile that accurately represents you.

Your profile information should not intentionally mislead other users about your identity, experience, qualifications, or affiliation.

Examples of acceptable behavior include:

  • Using your real name or the professional name by which you are commonly known.
  • Using your own photographs or images you are authorized to use.
  • Providing accurate information about your coaching experience, certifications, and areas of expertise.

No Impersonation Do not impersonate another individual, organization, company, or brand.

You may not create a profile or publish content that falsely suggests you are someone else or that you are affiliated with another person or organization without authorization.

Examples include:

  • Pretending to be another Coach.
  • Using another person’s photographs or identity.
  • Claiming to represent a company or organization without permission.
  • Creating accounts designed to confuse or deceive other users.

No Fake Accounts Accounts must be created for legitimate participation in the 2Coach community.

Do not create accounts for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or manipulative purposes. Examples include:

  • Creating multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions.
  • Creating fake accounts to interact with your own content.
  • Operating accounts intended to deceive other users.
  • Using automated or fictitious identities to influence community activity.

Nothing in these Guidelines prevents a user from maintaining separate Athlete and Coach roles within the same account where supported by the Service.

Be Honest About Your Experience Represent your qualifications, achievements, certifications, and training experience truthfully.

Do not exaggerate your credentials or make claims that cannot be reasonably supported.

Examples include:

  • Do not claim certifications you have not earned.
  • Do not advertise professional experience you do not possess.
  • Do not guarantee results that cannot reasonably be delivered.
  • Do not present edited or fabricated progress as authentic results.

Building trust takes time. Misleading others destroys it quickly.

Authentic Content Share content that reflects genuine experiences.

Progress photos, training updates, educational material, testimonials, reviews, and community posts should accurately represent your own work and experiences.

Do not manipulate or fabricate content to deceive other users.

Examples include:

  • Do not publish another person’s transformation as your own.
  • Do not fabricate testimonials or client success stories.
  • Do not falsely claim that someone is your client or Coach.
  • Do not use artificial engagement to create a misleading impression of popularity or success.

Honest Marketplace Activity If you offer coaching services or training plans through the Marketplace, describe them accurately.

Users should be able to make informed decisions based on truthful information.

Do not:

  • Misrepresent what is included in a training plan.
  • Advertise services you do not intend or are unable to provide.
  • Create misleading pricing or promotional claims.
  • Use deceptive practices to influence purchasing decisions.

Your professional reputation is one of your most valuable assets. Protect it by communicating honestly.

Building Trust Together Authenticity benefits everyone.

Athletes can choose Coaches with confidence.

Coaches can build lasting professional relationships.

The community becomes a place where achievements, advice, and experiences are genuine and trustworthy.

If you encounter accounts or content that appear to be fraudulent, misleading, or impersonating someone else, please report them using the reporting tools available within the Service.

Together, we can maintain a community built on honesty, transparency, and trust.

5.Training Content

Training content is at the heart of the 2Coach community. Whether you are creating a workout, sharing your progress, publishing educational material, or discussing your training experience, we encourage content that is accurate, respectful, and genuinely helpful to others.

The purpose of training content is to educate, motivate, and support—not to mislead, intimidate, or replace qualified professional or medical advice.

Content Created by Coaches Coaches play an important role in helping Athletes achieve their goals.

Training programs, workout routines, educational posts, demonstrations, and coaching materials should reflect the Coach’s genuine knowledge, experience, and professional judgment.

Coaches are encouraged to:

  • Share practical and educational content.
  • Explain exercises clearly and responsibly.
  • Publish accurate descriptions of their training programs.
  • Encourage safe training practices.
  • Respect that every Athlete progresses at a different pace.

Coaches should avoid making unrealistic promises or guaranteeing specific physical or athletic results.

Content Shared by Athletes Athletes are encouraged to share their own training journey, experiences, progress, and achievements.

Examples include:

  • Progress photographs.
  • Workout experiences.
  • Personal milestones.
  • Lessons learned.
  • Challenges overcome.
  • Motivation for other members of the community.

Athletes should share authentic experiences without presenting personal opinions or individual results as universally applicable advice. Educational Content Educational content helps strengthen the community when it is shared responsibly.

This may include:

  • Exercise demonstrations.
  • Training principles.
  • Recovery strategies.
  • General fitness education.
  • Motivation.
  • Sports experiences.
  • Best practices learned through coaching or training.

Educational content should be presented in good faith and should not intentionally mislead users.

Personal Experiences Every training journey is unique.

Users are encouraged to share their own experiences, successes, setbacks, and lessons learned.

When sharing personal experiences, make it clear that you are describing your own situation rather than providing universal recommendations.

For example:

  • “This approach worked well for me.”
  • “This was my experience during recovery.”
  • “This helped me stay consistent.”

Sharing personal experiences helps others learn while recognizing that every individual has different goals, abilities, and circumstances.

No Medical Advice 2Coach is not intended to provide medical advice.

Do not use the platform to diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, recommend medications, or present yourself as providing healthcare services unless you are legally qualified to do so and such activity is expressly permitted under applicable law.

Examples include:

  • Do not tell another user to stop taking prescribed medication.
  • Do not diagnose injuries or medical conditions.
  • Do not recommend treatments as substitutes for professional medical care.
  • Do not discourage someone from consulting a qualified healthcare professional.

General discussions about health, wellness, training, recovery, and fitness are welcome when shared responsibly and presented for educational purposes.

Responsible Communication Training advice should always be communicated responsibly.

Consider that people using 2Coach have different ages, fitness levels, medical histories, goals, and experience.

Avoid presenting training methods as universally safe or effective for everyone.

When appropriate, encourage users to progress gradually, train within their own abilities, and seek qualified professional guidance when needed.

Our Goal The purpose of training content on 2Coach is to help people learn, improve, and support one another.

By sharing knowledge responsibly, respecting different approaches to training, and recognizing the limits of your own experience, you help create a community where Coaches and Athletes can learn from each other while making informed decisions about their own fitness journey.

6.Progress Photos and Videos

Progress photos and videos are an important part of many fitness journeys. They help Athletes track their development over time and allow Coaches to provide more informed guidance.

Because this type of content may be personal and sensitive, every user is expected to treat it with care, respect, and professionalism.

Share Only Your Own Content Only upload photographs or videos that you own or that you are authorized to share.

If your content clearly identifies another person, you should obtain their permission before publishing it.

Do not upload another person’s progress photos or videos without their knowledge or consent.

Examples include:

  • Do not publish another Athlete’s transformation photos.
  • Do not upload images taken from social media or other websites.
  • Do not share private coaching materials that belong to another person without permission.

Respect Privacy Progress photos often contain personal and sensitive information.

Respect the privacy of everyone in the community.

Do not:

  • share another user’s progress photos outside of 2Coach without permission;
  • repost another user’s content without authorization;
  • disclose private information that appears in photographs or videos;
  • use another person’s images to ridicule, embarrass, or harass them.

Respecting privacy helps create an environment where users feel comfortable documenting their progress. Appropriate Progress Content Progress photos and videos should be directly related to health, fitness, training, or athletic development.

Examples include:

  • Body composition progress.
  • Exercise demonstrations.
  • Mobility improvements.
  • Technique demonstrations.
  • Training milestones.
  • Competition preparation.
  • Recovery progress when shared appropriately.

The purpose of this content should be educational, motivational, or related to personal fitness progress.

Content We Do Not Allow To protect the community, certain types of visual content are not permitted.

Examples include:

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
  • Images intended primarily for sexual gratification.
  • Nudity unrelated to legitimate fitness progress.
  • Content intended to humiliate, shame, or ridicule another person.
  • Graphic violence or serious injuries.
  • Illegal activity.
  • Images that violate another person’s privacy or legal rights.

Context matters. Images that are appropriate for documenting legitimate fitness progress may still be reviewed if they are reported or appear inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.

Respect Others Progress photos should never be used to attack, embarrass, or compare people in a harmful way. Do not publish content that:

  • mocks another person’s appearance;
  • encourages body shaming;
  • humiliates someone because of their physical condition;
  • pressures others into unsafe body standards;
  • promotes harassment or discrimination.

2Coach is intended to encourage healthy progress, not unrealistic expectations or toxic comparisons.

Coach Responsibilities Coaches should treat Athlete progress photos and videos as confidential training information.

When reviewing or discussing an Athlete’s progress, Coaches should communicate respectfully and professionally.

Progress photos should be used to support training decisions—not to embarrass, pressure, or publicly criticize an Athlete.

Athlete Responsibilities Athletes decide what progress content they choose to share.

Before publishing a photo or video, consider whether you are comfortable sharing it with the intended audience and whether it contributes positively to the community.

If you no longer wish to keep your progress content on the platform, you may delete it or remove it where the Service provides that functionality.

Reporting Inappropriate Content If you encounter progress photos or videos that violate these Community Guidelines, please report them using the reporting tools available within the Service. Our moderation team may review reported content and, when appropriate, remove it, restrict its visibility, or take enforcement action against the responsible account in accordance with these Community Guidelines and our Terms of Service.

Our Goal Progress photos and videos should celebrate personal improvement—not perfection.

Whether someone is taking their very first progress photo or documenting years of dedicated training, every user deserves to share their journey in an environment built on respect, privacy, professionalism, and encouragement.

7.Prohibited Content

To help maintain a safe, respectful, and trustworthy community, certain types of content and behavior are not permitted on 2Coach.

The examples below are representative, but they are not exhaustive. We may remove content or take enforcement action against conduct that undermines the safety, integrity, or intended purpose of the Service, even if it is not specifically listed in these Community Guidelines.

  • Books or paid educational materials.
  • Videos or photographs owned by others.
  • Logos or trademarks used without authorization.
  • Proprietary coaching materials copied without permission.

  • Removal of content.
  • Temporary restrictions.
  • Suspension of platform features.
  • Suspension of Marketplace privileges.
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.

The action we take will depend on the nature, severity, frequency, and impact of the violation.

Our Commitment Our goal is not simply to remove prohibited content—it is to foster a community where Coaches and Athletes can train, learn, collaborate, and share their progress in a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

If you encounter content that you believe violates these Community Guidelines, please report it through the tools available within the Service so that our moderation team can review it appropriately.

8.Marketplace Conduct

The 2Coach Marketplace allows Coaches to publish training plans and offer their services to Athletes.

Participation in the Marketplace is a privilege, not a right. Coaches are expected to conduct themselves honestly, professionally, and in a manner that builds trust within the community.

These Guidelines apply to every Coach who publishes plans, offers services, or interacts with Athletes through the Marketplace.

Be Honest About Your Services Coaches must accurately describe the services they offer.

Training plans, program descriptions, pricing, availability, experience, and qualifications should reflect the services that will actually be provided.

Do not:

  • Advertise services you do not intend to deliver.
  • Misrepresent your qualifications or certifications.
  • Exaggerate expected outcomes.
  • Guarantee specific athletic or physical results.
  • Publish misleading descriptions of your plans or coaching services.

Athletes should be able to make informed decisions based on truthful and accurate information.

Deliver What You Offer When you publish a plan or coaching service through the Marketplace, you are responsible for delivering the service as described.

Changes to your coaching methods are expected as part of normal professional practice. However, you should not materially reduce the value or scope of a service after an Athlete has obtained access to it.

Maintaining consistency between what you advertise and what you deliver helps preserve trust throughout the Marketplace.

No Fraudulent or Misleading Practices The Marketplace must remain a trustworthy environment.

Do not engage in deceptive practices, including:

  • Creating fake coaching profiles.
  • Offering services that do not exist.
  • Using misleading pricing or promotional claims.
  • Pretending to have clients, certifications, or results that you do not possess.
  • Creating artificial scarcity or false urgency to influence purchasing decisions.

Honest communication is essential to maintaining a fair Marketplace.

Reviews and Reputation Your reputation should reflect genuine experiences from Athletes.

Do not attempt to manipulate your reputation by:

  • Creating fake reviews.
  • Requesting false testimonials.
  • Offering incentives in exchange for positive reviews.
  • Posting reviews about your own services.
  • Coordinating misleading review campaigns.

Likewise, do not attempt to damage another Coach’s reputation through false or malicious reviews. Payments Through the Platform When a coaching service or training plan is offered through the 2Coach Marketplace, all payments associated with that transaction must be completed using the payment methods supported by the Service.

Coaches may not encourage Athletes to:

  • complete Marketplace purchases outside the platform;
  • avoid applicable platform fees or commissions;
  • cancel an in-platform purchase in order to pay privately for the same Marketplace offering; or
  • otherwise bypass the Marketplace transaction process.

This requirement helps protect both Coaches and Athletes by ensuring that purchases are processed consistently and that the platform can provide the services associated with those transactions.

Nothing in this section prevents a Coach and an Athlete from maintaining an independent professional relationship outside the Marketplace for services that were not initiated or offered through the 2Coach Marketplace.

Respect Fair Competition The Marketplace is intended to provide equal opportunities for all Coaches.

Do not engage in conduct intended to unfairly disadvantage other Coaches, including:

  • making false statements about competing Coaches;
  • interfering with another Coach’s business relationships;
  • copying another Coach’s published content without authorization;
  • impersonating another Coach; or
  • using deceptive practices to obtain an unfair competitive advantage.

Professional competition benefits the community when it is conducted honestly and respectfully.

Our Commitment The Marketplace succeeds when Athletes can confidently discover Coaches and when Coaches can build lasting professional relationships based on trust, transparency, and quality. Coaches who fail to comply with these Community Guidelines may be subject to moderation actions, including removal of Marketplace listings, suspension of Marketplace privileges, suspension of their account, or permanent removal from the Service, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

9.Intellectual Property

Respect for intellectual property is essential to maintaining a professional and trustworthy community.

Many Coaches invest significant time, knowledge, and experience in creating training programs, workout routines, educational content, and other materials. Likewise, Athletes and other users create original content that deserves the same respect.

You should only publish, share, or use content that you own or that you have permission to use.

Respect the Work of Others Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish another person’s work without authorization.

This includes content created by Coaches, Athletes, creators, publishers, or any third party.

Examples include:

  • Copying another Coach’s training program.
  • Republishing workout routines created by someone else.
  • Sharing paid coaching materials without permission.
  • Using another person’s photographs, videos, graphics, or written content as your own.

Always respect the rights of the original creator.

Coaching Programs and Training Materials Training programs, workout routines, educational resources, coaching methodologies, and other materials published through 2Coach remain the intellectual property of their respective creators unless otherwise agreed. Purchasing or receiving access to a training program gives you permission to use that program as intended through the Service. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unless expressly authorized by the creator or permitted by applicable law, you may not:

  • copy or redistribute training programs;
  • reproduce workout libraries outside the Service;
  • resell or sublicense coaching materials;
  • publish another Coach’s proprietary content as your own.

Respect Copyright and Trademarks Do not upload or share content that infringes another person’s intellectual property rights.

Examples include:

  • Copyrighted books or publications.
  • Commercial training materials.
  • Licensed videos or images.
  • Company logos or trademarks used without authorization.
  • Proprietary software or digital resources.

If you are unsure whether you have the right to use particular content, do not publish it.

Sharing Your Own Content We encourage users to create and share original content that contributes positively to the community.

Examples include:

  • Your own workout routines.
  • Your own educational articles.
  • Original exercise demonstrations.
  • Progress photos and videos.
  • Personal training experiences.
  • Original coaching resources.

Original content helps strengthen the quality and credibility of the 2Coach community. Respect Marketplace Content Content published through the Marketplace deserves the same protection as any other original work.

Athletes should not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize Marketplace content beyond the access granted through the Service.

Likewise, Coaches should respect the intellectual property rights of other Coaches and should never copy or republish another Coach’s Marketplace offerings without authorization.

Reporting Intellectual Property Violations If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, you may report it using the contact information provided in our Terms of Service.

When appropriate, Takum may investigate reported claims, remove allegedly infringing content, restrict access to the content, or take other actions consistent with applicable law and our policies.

Our Commitment Innovation and knowledge are fundamental to the 2Coach community.

By respecting the intellectual property rights of others, Coaches can confidently invest in creating high-quality training content, Athletes can benefit from authentic educational resources, and the community can continue to grow through originality, professionalism, and mutual respect.

10.Reporting Content

Keeping the 2Coach community safe is a shared responsibility.

If you believe that content or behavior violates these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Service, or applicable law, we encourage you to report it using the reporting features available within the Service. Reporting content helps us identify situations that may require review and allows us to take appropriate action when necessary.

What Can Be Reported You may report content or behavior that you reasonably believe violates our policies.

Examples include:

  • Harassment or bullying.
  • Hate speech or discrimination.
  • Threats or violent content.
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
  • Spam or deceptive promotions.
  • Fraudulent coaching services.
  • Impersonation.
  • Copyright infringement.
  • Unauthorized use of photographs or videos.
  • Any other content that appears to violate these Community Guidelines.

Reports should be submitted in good faith and based on genuine concerns.

How to Report Content Where reporting functionality is available, you may submit a report directly through the Service.

Depending on the feature, you may be able to report:

  • Posts.
  • Comments.
  • Public profiles.
  • Other content made available for reporting within the platform.

When submitting a report, you may be asked to select a reason and provide additional information to help us understand the situation.

Providing accurate and complete information helps us review reports more effectively. What Happens After You Submit a Report When we receive a report, our moderation team may review the reported content together with any relevant context.

During that review, we may consider factors such as:

  • the nature of the reported behavior;
  • the surrounding conversation or context;
  • whether the conduct appears intentional or repeated;
  • previous violations associated with the account; and
  • any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the report.

Not every report results in enforcement action. Some reports may determine that the reported content does not violate our policies.

For privacy and security reasons, we may not disclose the outcome of our review or the specific actions taken regarding another user’s account.

Report Responsibly The reporting system exists to protect the community—not to settle personal disagreements or gain an advantage over other users.

Do not submit reports that you know are false, misleading, or intended to harass another person.

Examples include:

  • Reporting content simply because you disagree with someone’s opinion.
  • Submitting repeated reports about the same content without new information.
  • Using the reporting system to intimidate another user.
  • Knowingly making false allegations.

Misuse of the reporting system may itself violate these Community Guidelines.

Our Response Depending on the circumstances, Takum may:

  • determine that no action is necessary;
  • remove content that violates our policies;
  • limit the visibility of content;
  • issue a warning;
  • temporarily restrict certain platform features;
  • suspend Marketplace privileges;
  • temporarily suspend an account; or
  • permanently terminate an account in cases of serious or repeated violations.

The action taken will depend on the severity, frequency, and impact of the conduct.

Help Us Protect the Community Moderation is most effective when the community works together.

If you encounter content that appears unsafe, unlawful, deceptive, or inconsistent with the values of 2Coach, we encourage you to report it rather than engage in conflict with the person who posted it.

By reporting responsibly and in good faith, you help us maintain a respectful, professional, and trustworthy environment where Coaches and Athletes can focus on training, learning, and supporting one another.

11.Blocking Users

2Coach provides blocking features to help users manage their own experience within the community.

If another user’s behavior makes you uncomfortable, unwanted, or disruptive, you may choose to block that user where the Service provides this functionality.

Blocking is intended to give users greater control over their interactions. It is not a disciplinary action or a determination that another user has violated these Community Guidelines.

When to Block a User Blocking may be appropriate when you no longer wish to interact with another user, even if their behavior does not violate our policies.

Examples include:

  • Unwanted contact.
  • Repeated unsolicited messages.
  • Persistent unwanted interactions.
  • Personal conflicts.
  • Any situation where you prefer to discontinue interactions.

If you believe a user has violated these Community Guidelines, you should also consider submitting a report through the reporting tools available within the Service.

What Happens When You Block Someone When you block another user, certain interactions between your accounts may be restricted.

Depending on the features available in the Service, blocking may limit activities such as:

  • Following each other.
  • Viewing certain community interactions.
  • Creating new interactions between the blocked accounts.
  • Other interactions supported by the platform’s blocking functionality.

The exact behavior of the blocking feature may evolve as new features are introduced.

Blocking Does Not Replace Moderation Blocking affects your personal experience within the Service.

It does not automatically:

  • remove another user’s content;
  • suspend another user’s account;
  • determine that a policy violation has occurred; or
  • trigger enforcement action by Takum.

If you believe another user has violated these Community Guidelines or our Terms of Service, you should submit a report so our moderation team can review the situation.

Use Blocking Responsibly The blocking feature is intended to improve your experience within the community.

It should not be used as a means to harass, manipulate, or retaliate against other users.

Likewise, users should not attempt to evade another person’s blocking decision by creating additional accounts or using other deceptive methods to continue unwanted interactions.

Attempts to circumvent blocking measures may result in enforcement action under these Community Guidelines.

Our Commitment Everyone should feel comfortable participating in the 2Coach community.

Blocking gives users additional control over who they interact with, while our reporting and moderation processes help address behavior that may affect the broader community.

Together, these tools help create a safer, more respectful environment where Coaches and Athletes can focus on training, learning, and achieving their goals.

12.Moderation

Maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional community requires ongoing moderation.

Takum is committed to enforcing these Community Guidelines fairly and consistently while respecting the rights of all users.

Our moderation decisions are intended to protect the integrity of the Service, the safety of the community, and the trust between Coaches and Athletes.

How We Moderate Moderation may occur through a combination of community reports, internal reviews, and other processes that help us identify content or behavior that may violate our policies.

Depending on the circumstances, we may review:

  • Posts.
  • Comments.
  • Public profiles.
  • Marketplace listings.
  • Progress photos and videos.
  • Other content or activities made available through the Service.

Not every report or review results in enforcement action. Each situation is evaluated individually based on the information reasonably available to us.

What We May Consider When reviewing content or user behavior, we may consider factors such as:

  • the nature of the reported conduct;
  • the surrounding context;
  • whether the conduct appears intentional;
  • whether similar behavior has occurred previously;
  • the severity of the potential harm;
  • the impact on other users; and
  • any other information reasonably necessary to make a fair decision.

Our goal is to apply these Community Guidelines consistently while recognizing that context matters.

Actions We May Take If we determine that content or behavior violates our policies, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Remove content.
  • Limit the visibility of content.
  • Issue a warning.
  • Require modifications to Marketplace listings.
  • Restrict access to specific platform features.
  • Suspend Marketplace privileges.
  • Temporarily suspend an account.
  • Permanently terminate an account for serious or repeated violations.

The action we take will depend on the severity, frequency, and impact of the conduct. We may also take immediate action where reasonably necessary to protect the safety of users, the integrity of the Service, or compliance with applicable law.

Moderation Decisions Moderation decisions are made in good faith based on the information available at the time of review.

Some situations involve subjective judgment, and reasonable people may disagree about whether particular content should remain on the platform.

For that reason, moderation decisions may vary depending on context, available evidence, and the overall impact on the community.

Where appropriate, Takum may reconsider a moderation decision if additional relevant information becomes available.

What Moderation Does Not Guarantee While we work to maintain a safe community, no moderation system can identify or prevent every violation.

Accordingly, Takum does not guarantee that:

  • all content will be reviewed before it is published;
  • every violation will be detected;
  • every report will result in enforcement action;
  • harmful or inappropriate content will be removed immediately; or
  • the Service will be completely free from content that some users may find inaccurate, offensive, or objectionable.

Users remain responsible for exercising their own judgment when interacting with others and using the Service.

Community Responsibility Moderation works best when the community participates responsibly. By reporting content in good faith, respecting moderation decisions, and following these Community Guidelines, every user contributes to a safer and more trustworthy environment.

Our objective is not to remove content unnecessarily, but to foster a community where Coaches and Athletes can train, learn, collaborate, and support one another with confidence.

Our Commitment Takum is committed to applying these Community Guidelines consistently, reasonably, and in good faith.

As 2Coach evolves, our moderation practices may also evolve to address new features, emerging risks, and changes in applicable law, always with the goal of protecting the community while preserving an open, respectful, and professional environment for everyone.

13.Enforcement

Our goal is to help users participate successfully in the 2Coach community—not to remove people from it.

When a user violates these Community Guidelines, our preferred approach is to encourage compliance whenever reasonably possible. However, serious or repeated violations may require stronger enforcement actions to protect the community and the integrity of the Service.

Enforcement decisions are made in good faith and are based on the nature, severity, frequency, and impact of the conduct.

Our Enforcement Approach Not every violation is the same.

Some situations may be resolved through education or a warning, while others may require immediate action.

Takum may determine the appropriate enforcement measure based on the specific circumstances of each case.

Nothing in these Guidelines requires us to follow the steps below in a particular order. Warning For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning.

A warning is intended to notify the user that certain conduct is inconsistent with these Community Guidelines and should not continue.

Warnings may include requests to modify or remove content or reminders about the expected standards of behavior.

Restrictions When appropriate, we may temporarily restrict access to specific features of the Service.

Examples may include restrictions affecting:

  • Community participation.
  • Marketplace activities.
  • Content publishing.
  • Other platform features.

Restrictions may remain in place for a defined period or until the issue giving rise to the restriction has been resolved.

Content Removal Content that violates these Community Guidelines may be removed or have its visibility limited.

This may include, for example:

  • Posts.
  • Comments.
  • Progress photos or videos.
  • Marketplace listings.
  • Public profile information.
  • Any other user-generated content available through the Service.

Content may be removed even if no additional action is taken against the associated account. Account Suspension For more serious or repeated violations, Takum may temporarily suspend a user’s account.

During a suspension, users may lose access to some or all features of the Service.

Suspensions may be used to:

  • protect other users;
  • prevent continued policy violations;
  • allow further review of reported conduct; or
  • maintain the integrity of the platform.

The duration of a suspension may vary depending on the circumstances.

Permanent Account Termination Takum may permanently terminate an account for serious or repeated violations of these Community Guidelines, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.

Examples may include:

  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Repeated harassment.
  • Serious threats or violence.
  • Child exploitation.
  • Persistent attempts to evade enforcement actions.
  • Repeated or intentional violations after prior warnings or suspensions.
  • Any conduct that creates a significant risk to users or the Service.

Permanent termination may also include the removal of Marketplace privileges and user-generated content where appropriate.

Immediate Action Some conduct is sufficiently serious that it may require immediate enforcement without prior warning. Examples include conduct involving:

  • threats of violence;
  • child exploitation;
  • serious criminal activity;
  • significant fraud;
  • attempts to compromise the security of the Service; or
  • other situations where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect users, Takum, or the platform.

Circumvention of Enforcement Users may not attempt to evade enforcement actions.

Examples include:

  • Creating new accounts after suspension or termination.
  • Using another person’s account to continue participating in the Service.
  • Circumventing Marketplace restrictions.
  • Attempting to bypass platform limitations through deceptive means.

Attempts to circumvent enforcement may result in additional enforcement actions, including permanent account termination.

Our Commitment We strive to apply these Community Guidelines consistently, fairly, and in good faith.

Our objective is to protect the community while giving users the opportunity to participate responsibly and respectfully.

Whenever possible, enforcement actions are intended to encourage compliance and preserve a positive environment. However, when necessary, Takum will take decisive action to protect the safety, trust, and integrity of the 2Coach community.

14.Appeals

We understand that moderation decisions can have a meaningful impact on our users. If you believe that Takum has taken an enforcement action in error, you may request that we review the decision.

An appeal is an opportunity to provide additional information that may not have been available during the original review. It is not a guarantee that the original decision will be changed.

When You May Appeal You may submit an appeal if you believe that:

  • your content did not violate these Community Guidelines;
  • your account was incorrectly restricted, suspended, or terminated;
  • important information was not considered during the original review; or
  • the enforcement action resulted from a mistake or misunderstanding.

Appeals should be submitted in good faith and should accurately describe why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

How to Submit an Appeal Appeals should be submitted using the contact information provided in our Terms of Service or through any appeal process made available within the Service.

To help us review your request, you should include, where applicable:

  • your account information;
  • a description of the enforcement action;
  • the reason you believe the decision should be reconsidered; and
  • any additional information or context that may assist our review.

Providing complete and accurate information helps us evaluate appeals more effectively.

What We Review When reviewing an appeal, we may consider:

  • the original reported content or conduct;
  • any additional information provided by the user;
  • the context surrounding the reported activity;
  • previous enforcement history, when relevant; and
  • whether the original decision was consistent with these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Service, and applicable law.

An appeal is a new review of the available information, not simply a confirmation of the original decision.

Possible Outcomes After reviewing an appeal, Takum may:

  • uphold the original decision;
  • modify the enforcement action;
  • restore removed content, where appropriate;
  • restore access to restricted platform features;
  • reinstate an account; or
  • take any other action that we determine is appropriate based on the outcome of the review.

Our decision following an appeal will generally be considered final unless new and material information becomes available.

What Appeals Are Not The appeals process is not intended to:

  • negotiate our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service;
  • relitigate the same appeal repeatedly without new information;
  • challenge another user’s opinions or lawful activities simply because you disagree with them; or
  • require Takum to disclose confidential moderation procedures, internal review processes, or information relating to another user’s account.

To protect user privacy and the integrity of our moderation systems, we may limit the information we share about how a decision was reached.

Our Commitment We are committed to reviewing appeals fairly, objectively, and in good faith.

Our goal is to correct genuine mistakes when they occur while applying these Community Guidelines consistently and protecting the safety, trust, and integrity of the 2Coach community.

Every appeal is evaluated on its own merits, with the objective of reaching a fair and reasonable outcome based on the information available at the time of review.

15.Help Us Build a Better Community

2Coach exists because of the people who use it.

Every Coach who shares knowledge, every Athlete who documents their progress, every encouraging comment, every respectful conversation, and every act of professionalism helps shape the kind of community we are building together.

Technology provides the platform, but people create the community.

Every Interaction Matters Small actions make a meaningful difference.

By treating others with respect, sharing authentic experiences, protecting each other’s privacy, and acting professionally, you help create an environment where everyone can focus on learning, improving, and achieving their goals.

Whether you are publishing a workout, coaching an Athlete, sharing a progress photo, participating in a discussion, or reporting inappropriate content, your actions contribute to the experience of every other member of the community.

Help Protect the Community If you encounter behavior that is inconsistent with these Community Guidelines, we encourage you to use the tools available within the Service.

Reporting inappropriate content, respecting moderation decisions, and using community features responsibly helps us maintain a safe and trustworthy environment for everyone.

Protecting the community is a shared responsibility. Grow Together Every Coach and every Athlete follows a different path.

Celebrate progress, encourage learning, share knowledge responsibly, and remember that success is measured not only by results, but also by the way we treat one another.

A stronger community helps every individual grow.

Thank You Thank you for choosing to be part of the 2Coach community.

Your professionalism, integrity, and commitment help make 2Coach a place where Coaches and Athletes can build meaningful relationships, share knowledge, and pursue their goals with confidence.

Together, we can continue building a community defined by Respect, Trust, Professionalism, Safety, Authenticity, and Sportsmanship.

Final Note These Community Guidelines complement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. They are intended to help every member understand the standards that make 2Coach a respectful, professional, and welcoming community.

As the Service evolves, these Guidelines may also evolve to address new features, new forms of interaction, and the changing needs of our community. Our commitment, however, remains the same: to foster a trusted environment where Coaches and Athletes can train, learn, collaborate, and grow together.
