1.Introduction

Welcome to the 2Coach Marketplace.

The Marketplace allows eligible Coaches to publish training plans, offer coaching services, and make those services available to Athletes through the 2Coach platform.

This Coach Marketplace Policy explains the rules that apply specifically to Coaches who choose to participate in the Marketplace.

It complements, and should be read together with, our:

  • Terms of Service;
  • Privacy Policy; and
  • Community Guidelines.

If there is any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Participation in the Marketplace is optional. Coaches may continue using 2Coach without publishing Marketplace offerings.

1.1Purpose of this Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to establish clear expectations regarding:

  • who may publish Marketplace offerings;
  • how Marketplace listings operate;
  • the responsibilities of Coaches;
  • pricing and commercial practices;
  • payments and commissions;
  • Marketplace standards;
  • enforcement actions; and
  • the continued integrity of the Marketplace.

The Marketplace is intended to create a transparent environment in which Athletes can confidently discover coaching services and Coaches can grow their businesses through the 2Coach platform.

1.2Scope

This Policy applies to every Coach who:

  • publishes a Marketplace plan;
  • offers paid coaching services through the Marketplace;
  • receives payments through Marketplace transactions; or
  • otherwise participates in Marketplace functionality.

Certain provisions may also apply after a Marketplace listing has been removed or after a Commercial Subscription has ended, where necessary to protect users, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable law.

1.3Marketplace Principles

The Marketplace is built upon several core principles.

Professionalism

Coaches are expected to conduct themselves professionally in every interaction with Athletes.

Transparency

Marketplace listings should accurately describe the services offered.

Athletes should understand what they are purchasing before completing a transaction.

Fair Competition

Every Coach should compete based on the quality of their services rather than deceptive or unfair practices.

Respect

Coaches should treat Athletes and other Coaches respectfully and consistently with the Community Guidelines.

Trust

The Marketplace depends on trust between Coaches, Athletes, and Takum.

Maintaining that trust is a shared responsibility.

1.4Coach Independence

Coaches using the Marketplace operate independently.

Nothing in this Policy creates an employment relationship, partnership, agency, joint venture, franchise, or other similar legal relationship between Takum and any Coach.

Each Coach remains solely responsible for:

  • the services they offer;
  • the training programs they publish;
  • their coaching decisions;
  • their communications with Athletes; and
  • compliance with applicable laws governing their professional activities.

Takum provides the technology platform through which Marketplace transactions may occur but does not supervise, direct, or control the professional services provided by Coaches.

1.5Marketplace Availability

Participation in the Marketplace is subject to eligibility requirements, platform availability, and ongoing compliance with this Policy.

Takum reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or terminate Marketplace participation in accordance with this Policy, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.

Participation in the Marketplace is a privilege offered through the Service and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed or perpetual right.

1.6Relationship to Training Access

The Marketplace governs the commercial aspects of coaching services offered through 2Coach.

Marketplace participation should not be interpreted as defining the coaching relationship itself.

Within the 2Coach platform, the following concepts remain distinct:

  • Coach Relationship — the relationship between a Coach and an Athlete within the Service.
  • Training Access — the Athlete’s authorization to access training content, programs, and coaching functionality.
  • Commercial Subscription — the financial arrangement associated with Marketplace services, where applicable.

These concepts may exist together or independently, depending on how the Athlete and Coach interact through the Service.

1.7Our Commitment

Takum is committed to operating a Marketplace that is transparent, fair, and reliable for both Coaches and Athletes.

This Policy is intended to establish clear expectations, promote professional conduct, and support a healthy coaching ecosystem while allowing the Marketplace to evolve as new features and services are introduced.
